Engineer Intern
Description
Mendrop Engineering Resources (MER) seeks qualified responses from persons for the position of Engineer Intern to work in the Ridgeland (MS), Batesville (MS), Hernando (MS), or Tupelo (MS) office.
The candidate shall have experience in engineering design, plan development, and project coordination of roads and site civil type projects. This position will work with municipal, county, and state agencies, as well as private clients. At times, this position will work directly as the client interface representing the firm.

- Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Working toward obtaining licensure in the state of Mississippi
- 2+ years of roadway and site civil design experience
- Strong verbal communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
