Engineer Intern

Description

Mendrop Engineering Resources is seeking an Engineer Intern to join our team in our Gluckstadt, Batesville, or Vicksburg, Mississippi offices.

At Mendrop, we’re a team of problem-solvers who take pride in practical design, strong client relationships, and developing people. As an Engineer Intern, you’ll be part of a collaborative environment where you’ll gain hands-on experience and work alongside experienced engineers across a variety of projects.

This role will support engineering design, plan development, and general project efforts across a variety of disciplines, depending on project needs and individual interests. You’ll work with municipal, county, and state agencies, as well as private clients, and will have opportunities to be involved in client communication and project delivery—not just behind-the-scenes production.

We’re looking for someone who is motivated to learn, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes ownership in their work. At Mendrop, Engineer Interns aren’t just support staff—they’re developing professionals who are trusted with meaningful responsibilities and encouraged to grow.

Mendrop offers a competitive salary and a strong benefits package, including health insurance and a matching 401(k), along with a supportive work environment focused on long-term career development.

At Mendrop, we value curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to learn. If you’re looking for a place where you can build real experience and grow your career, we’d love to hear from you.
