Bristol Crossing

Mendrop has provided surveying and engineering services for the overall development of this area since 2001, beginning with the initial civil engineering design and plan development for the original phase of construction in The Pinelands. In 2021, Mendrop began work on the Bristol Crossing portion of the development.

Bristol Crossing is a multi-phase residential project located within a 134-acre site in Flowood, Mississippi, designed to accommodate estate and single-family residential lots. The development includes hundreds of homesites planned across multiple phases, with Phase 3 currently underway.

Services included site layout, grading and drainage design, utility planning, construction plan production, permitting support, and construction staking. The project required close coordination with city and state agencies to meet infrastructure and stormwater requirements while maintaining efficient site design across a range of lot sizes.
