Mendrop has provided surveying and engineering services for this site since 2003, beginning with the initial civil engineering design and plan development for the original phase of construction.

In 2020, Mendrop supported an expansion phase that included development of final site plans, preparation of construction plans, stormwater permitting, construction administration, and construction surveying.

In 2024, Mendrop provided services including topographic surveying, hydraulic modeling, grading design, drafting, construction staking, monument setting, and preparation of exhibits for zoning and construction purposes.
