Survey & Hydraulic Evaluation Services for CN Railroad

Canadian National Railroad has contracted Mendrop to evaluate the hydrologic conditions and hydraulic characteristics of existing bridges and culverts in order to provide guidance for replacement.

Mendrop also completed field survey at these sites and provided CN with existing bridge survey plans. Alternative hydraulic replacement structures were evaluated using the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association manual, Federal Emergency Management Agency guidelines, company guidelines, and engineering judgement.
